Well, Old Keith was a big man,
He stands real tall and mean
I have to tell you this;
He was the toughest trucker I have ever seen.
When you met him in a truckstop
you just knew where you stand
Should you get out of line,
You'd meet his right hand.
Wide at the shoulder
and narrow at the hip,
you wouldn't see it coming
until you felt his strong grip.
Used to wonder how he did it,
his hands all aged with sweat.
Many men have been trying,
but there's no better killer yet.
Many a man or woman
I have seen him reduce to tears.
As Keith gripped them tight,
With all his strength between their ears.
All the songs I have written
No truer words have been said;
Cross ol' Keith Hunter Jesperson, and
you might just end up dead
Years gone by and I pondered about his fate
About all the loads he hauled that were never late.
Some men search for money,
and others want to find gold.
Keith's only purpose in life;
was to pull just one more load.
Little did I know that he
became a killer seeking pleasure
every load he hauled,
he sought out victims to be measured.
I remembered being told of all
the places that he'd been.
The special routes and hideaways
he had found again and again.
Runaways, hitchhikers and whores
were vanishing from here to there.
No one know the truth
and no one seemed to care.
At home ol' Keith was angry,
his heart and mind seemed misplaced;
mention trucking and a roadway,
and a smile would come across his face.
Memories of carnage and chaos
grew as he dreamed.
Life seemed so empty to him,
as he though out his next scheme.
Many lives were lost as he held them in his hand,
he knew it wouldn't end until
he went to the promised land.
I told him to take it easy
going down California's Donner Pass;
But I could only hear him laugh out loud,
as he pushed down harder on the gas.
It happened at Three Corner rock
just a few years ago.
They say to this very day,
you can still hear his big rig roll.
As he crashed down that canyon,
I sadly dropped my head.
For it is Keith Hunter Jesperson,
who has schooled me for making people dead.
Well, I'm gonna "keep on truckin"
and that is my choice.
Picking up hitchhikers, whores, and motorists,
and listening to Keith's voice.
He says "Jr. you better hold on tight when
you pass me on Donner's pass,
for I might just kick your ass out
making that load your last."
I drive through the mountains
with the thought of Keith up there.
For I know he is still in me trucking,
as I smell the mountain air.
I know one day my time will come,
to pass on my well thought mission.
To someone just like Keith Hunter Jesperson
his hands like hammers,
and a mind with vision.
A man that could stand there alone smiling,
knowing his hands are lethal weapons;
silently thinking and contemplating
another life needs to be taken.
At last I have found him
the man of the moment.
He takes what I have taught him,
without expression or even a comment.
It is my turn now to leave him;
to drive down California's Donner pass
and all I can hear is Keith's loud laughter
as I slam my food down on the gas.

Looking Out

Like a ghost of a lost field in winter,
I can move toward the center of that place-
drift, till the winds carry me her face,
and wait by the window, where time escapes us.
Softly, I call out to the childish figure
whose shadow moves upon my wall,
creating the circles I walk inside of-
steps into her life, I thought deprived of,
in my heart again, is lived all.
On the light given off by another's grave,
I mark my place to God.
And wherever upon that ladder saves
some memory of love, or blood I gave,
somehow, he shows us where we are.
That doors slam only, inside of us
and nights, the window will stare back alone.
But in my distant thoughts afar,
no matter where we see we are,
there's something, that gives my heart a home.

Hot anger has coursed through me
all my life,
I se it now,
I had not recognized the signs
before.
Anger, my biographer tells me,
began even before my birth
Not anger then, but
that of my mother who
wished I had not been conceived.
My anger came when
at the age of one month
my mother gave me up,
turning me over to the care of
starngers; a private boarding home,
an orphanage
and then my adoption by a middle-aged
childless couple that kept reminding me
they were my benefactors.
They were also always threatening
to send me back to the orphanage.
Each time they did, my anger flamed,
but I held back the expression of it
when I could
There were times that I couldn't:
times of beating my head against
the wall and running wild with rage.
I didn't fight other kids;
when I didn't my adoptive mother
called me chicken and yellow;
but if I had, she would have
been angry
generating anger in me.
Anger turned like a water wheel;
my adoptive parents' anger feeding
mine and mine theirs.
I carried a rage into manhood,
although when I first married,
I dreamed of a normal life.
But things went sour and my wife,
angry for reasons of her own,
walked out on me after taking
up with another man.
I cannot know, but I believe
he had more sexual power than
I had to offer.
Once my wife was gone, my anger
grew and grew.
My second marriage led to angers
of its own,
culminating when my children,
the three total gods of my doom,
had me locked up.
In time my anger found an
outlet in what the world calls crime,
and to me was the command
of God, a vengeful,
wrathful God.
He was telling me I could
become God myself by destroy
us I had been destroyed.
My anger, hot and piercing,
had led to what I wish
I had not done.
And, despite God's promise
that I would become God,
I am not God today.
All I am is a mental patient
on leave from prison,
out of the world that fed my rage
Disappointments In My Life

When I was a little child
I was put in an orphanage
for adoption , my first
disappointment. After I was
adopted my adoptive parents
never gave me any love
and were crule to me,
child abusers, my second
disapointment in my life.
I was never allowed to play with other kids or have
friends in my adoptive parents
house all of my young life
with them, my third disappointment,
in my life. When I grew up and got
married and had children
she ran around with other men,
and neer took care of our
children and finally left me
for another man and I had
to raise the children aloen, my
fourth disapointment in my life.
Later when I remarried and
had more children, She was
childlike and always on the
fringes of everything. She didn't
love our children and never took
care of them and finally left me,
My fifth disappointment in my
life. After that I learned I was
severely mentally ill and it had
started already in childhood.
My sixth disappointment in my life.
From then on my life got increasingly
worse, I went on a six month
crime spree. I robbed and murdered
people, My seventh disappointment
in my life. Shortly after that I was
arrested and tried for my crimes
and sent to prison for the rest of my
live, My eighth disappointment in my
life. My whole life started out in
disappointment and ended in disappointment
disappointment is all i have to remember
for a lifetime
My Final Walking Bell

The Ritual

behind me. They want to return
the their cells. "Not yet, " I tell them
"Not until the bastard
stops calling me by a number."
It is late and because visitors are present
the tower guard grudgingly calls
my name.
I walk through the gate
as if I were almost human.
Later in the darkness
he takes me from my cell.
He begins the ritual
of unconsciousness. I hear the thud
of clubs falling on flesh. When I call
out my number the guards walk
away. I shout at them.
"My name, goddam you, call me
by my name."

Produced in 1996, this rare home video marks one of the most bizarre points of athlete, actor and suspected murderer OJ Simpson’s life. Apparently OJ was frustrated that everybody thought he was guilty, so he produced this video in order to clear his name, reputation…and to find the real killer of Ron and Nicole. That being said, here’s the setup--the majority of the video consists of a one-on-one, no holds barred interview between OJ Simpson and a journalist named Ross Becker. He was allowed to ask any question he wanted (excluding questions about his kids, personal finances, or post trial legal matters) directly to OJ and demand a full response. This interview was billed was “the questions and answers you would have heard if OJ had taken the stand”…After that grilling, OJ personally takes you on the tour of his estate…the scene of the murders…inside his home, and around his yard. He tries to work through bits of incriminating evidence during this tour, hoping that he can be vindicated in the public arena….but he only seems to dig himself deeper.
